Configuration Management Lookup Lists

The CMDB > Lookup Lists component in Design Studio lets you create, edit, and delete lookup list records specific to Configuration Management.

You can customize lookup lists in Design Studio by modifying lookup list items.

Lookup List	Function
Contract Types	Identifies the types of contracts or agreements your organization uses.
Contracts	Identifies a specific contract for some type of service, such as a support agreement.
Network Port Types	Identifies a method to associate a name and description with a single network port number in a specified network protocol.
Policies	Identifies the means to track both your organization's various policies and to which CI they are associated.
Policy Types	Identifies a general description of a broad policy category, such as security policies, Internet usage policies, confidential or proprietary information policies, etc.
Procurement Sources	Identifies how resources are acquired.
